The evening is to discuss coaching fundamentals and methodology and will help the coach to develop a session plan that will allow for self evaluation and help the coach to recognise specific aspects that the team or individual may require for future sessions.
The evening is theory based and will give each coach an opportunity to develop their own coaching matrix that is suitable for their specific age groups as set out within the FFA National Curriculum Framework.
